目的:观察贝那普利对原发性高血压患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:30例原发性高血压患者用贝那普利治疗8周,分别于治疗前后检测患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平。结果:经贝那普利治疗后,收缩压和舒张压均显著下降(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平均下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:贝那普利降压治疗同时可以降低原发性高血压患者炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6和CRP水平,抑制炎症反应,有益于血压的控制。
Objective: To observe the effects of benazepril on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α, interleukin (IL) -6 and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: Thirty patients with essential hypertension were treated with benazepril for 8 weeks. Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment with benazepril, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP levels were decreased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Benazepril antihypertensive treatment can reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in patients with essential hypertension at the same time, and inhibit the inflammatory reaction, which is beneficial to the control of blood pressure.
