今年初，江西省吉安地区卫生系统按照修订的新时期卫生工作方针，突出以农村卫生工作为重点，从上至下层层开展”鱼水工程”，解决边远山区缺医少药状况，实现村村有医有药，防病治病到农家。一是医疗队下乡协助基层卫生院对社会上乱办医进行清理整顿，重新规划配置卫生资源。
