三峡水电厂机组伸缩节投运后,先后出现部分伸缩节导流板连接螺栓断裂、导流板局部撕裂等现象。为确保伸缩节长期安全运行,三峡水电厂对伸缩节导流板破坏机理进行了研究。采用理论计算与现场试验相结合的方法,重点研究了机组伸缩节受力状况、脉动压力、导流板振动特性等。研究表明伸缩节导流板破坏主要是疲劳破坏。
Three Gorges Hydropower Plant expansion joint put into operation, there have been some expansion joints deflector connecting bolt fracture, the local deflector torn phenomenon. In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of the telescopic section, the failure mechanism of the draft section deflector of the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant has been studied. By combining the theoretical calculation and field test, the stress conditions of the telescopic joint of the unit, the pulsating pressure and the vibration characteristics of the deflector are mainly studied. Research shows that the expansion joint deflector damage is mainly fatigue damage.
