目的:研究共同增菌液pH值和盐度对副溶血弧菌和霍乱弧菌生长的影响,找出副溶血弧菌和霍乱弧菌共增菌液的最佳pH值和盐度。方法:利用副溶血性弧菌、霍乱弧菌以及杂菌对共同增菌液的pH值和盐度进行实验,通过弧菌显色平板计数验证增菌效果,从而确定两种弧菌的共同增菌液pH和盐度。结果:副溶血性弧菌和霍乱弧菌合检增菌液的最佳条件为pH8.4,盐度2.1%。结论:增菌液pH值和盐度的改变对副溶血性弧菌和霍乱弧菌生长具有一定影响。
Objective: To study the effects of pH and salinity on the growth of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio cholerae, and to find out the optimal pH value and salinity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio cholerae. Methods: Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae and bacteria were used to test the pH value and salinity of the common broth. Vibrio chromogenic plate count was used to verify the effect of increasing bacteriostasis. Bacterial pH and salinity. Results: The optimum conditions for the combination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio cholerae were pH8.4 and salinity 2.1%. Conclusion: The changes of pH value and salinity in the broth increased the growth of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio cholerae.
