采用滴水溶液及涂抹羊毛脂于剪口两种施用方法对6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(BA)在切花月季秋冬季栽培中的实用价值进行了评价。结果表明:秋季于8月25日和9月10日以水溶液处理时,BA处理均显著促进剪口芽及第2芽的萌发,缩短发育时间并提高萌芽率、现蕾率及开花率,甚至以500 mg/L BA滴剪口1次就有明显效果。冬季施用时BA也能促进剪口芽的萌芽、现蕾及开花并提高萌芽率、现蕾率及开花率,并且对第2芽的萌芽也有促进作用;冬季施用BA以后月季从剪花到现蕾的天数减少而从现蕾到开花的天数却增加,本文对其原因进行了讨论。施用BA明显改善切花月季的主要产量构成因素,因此能够提高秋冬季的切花产量,施用方法以涂抹羊毛脂易于操作。
