研究森林生态系统中营养元素的积累、分配和循环,有助于了解森林中各树种之间的相互关系,以及树木与生态环境的关系,为合理地制定各项森林经营措施提供科学依据。冯宗炜、陈楚莹等人1980—1983年在杉木中心产区湖南省会同县,对杉木纯林的营养元素的积累、分配和循环进行了研究,研究表明,杉木纯林在21—23年生时,即达到主伐年龄期,营养元素吸收量仍大于归还量,整个林分还处在养分消耗阶段。为了改变我国亚热带地区大面积营造杉木纯林对生态环境带来的不良影响,1978年在广西壮族自治区国营六万林场营造了杉木、火力楠混交林。1982—1985年研究了不同林分营养
