一、前言目前在轴销类零件的生产中,广泛采用V形块作为定位元件。但由于V形块制造工艺比较复杂,加工费用较高,而且会使夹具结构宠大,因此,在某些场合用双圆柱代替V形块对工件进行定位则会更加方便合理,其典型结构已在参考文献[1]中详述。本文分析了以双圆柱定位时的误差极限情况,建立了计算其定位误差的数学模型,并采用中西文结合的BASIC语言编制了计算机处理程序,可在IBM-PC微机上通过人机对话方式
