翼管神经的内窥镜手术:初步报告

翼管神经切断术治疗血管运动性鼻炎效果良好,有人报告成功率为92%。手术径路包括:经鼻窦、经腭及经鼻腔等。作者采用经鼻腔内窥镜下进行翼管神经切断术12例,其中男5例,女7例;刺激分泌性鼻病8例,复发性鼻息肉4例。效果满意。手术方法:全麻。有鼻息肉者先行息肉摘除,以后的手术操作在内窥镜下进行。行鼻内筛房切除术后寻找蝶腭孔,该孔与矢状面成15°~20°角,位于中鼻甲后端附着处的后上方、后鼻孔上缘靠外侧。用镰状刀在蝶腭孔的后唇作切口,用分离器向前分离粘骨膜直至蝶腭孔, Vascular nerve resection of vasomotor rhinitis good effect, it was reported success rate was 92%.
