目的研制一种能够用于工作场所空气中苯、甲苯采集的新型无泵型采样器,并对其扩散速率进行研究。方法基于Fick扩散定律,使用配气柜模拟工作场所的环境,通过与有泵型采样器的比对,确定无泵型采样器的性能参数,并对可能影响无泵型采样器性能的因素进行研究。结果本研究研制的无泵型采样器对苯的采样速率为(36.56±1.62)ml/min,对甲苯的采样速率为(34.14±1.60)ml/min;采样量与采样时间呈良好的线性关系;温度、湿度及风速等物理因素对采样速率无明显影响。结论本研究研制的新型无泵型采样器符合无泵型采样器研制要求,可用于工作场所空气中苯、甲苯的采集。
Objective To develop a new pump-less sampler that can be used for the collection of benzene and toluene in the air of the workplace and study its diffusion rate. Methods Based on the Fick’s law of diffusion, a gas distribution cabinet was used to simulate the working environment. The comparison with a pump-type sampler was used to determine the performance parameters of the pumpless sampler. The factors that may affect the performance of the pump-less sampler the study. Results The sampling rate of benzene in the non-pump sampler was (36.56 ± 1.62) ml / min and that of para-toluene was (34.14 ± 1.60) ml / min. The sampling volume was in good linear relationship with the sampling time ; Physical factors such as temperature, humidity and wind speed have no significant effect on the sampling rate. Conclusion The new pump-free sampler developed in this study meets the requirements of the development of a pumpless sampler and can be used for the collection of benzene and toluene in the air of the workplace.
