目的建立家兔无预充血非经胸体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)术后存活模型。方法选取体质量2.5~3.0 kg家兔8只用于建立模型,采用右侧颈总动脉灌注,右侧颈内静脉引流建立CPB。维持体温,常温转流60min后脱离体外循环,术中监测动脉血压、血气等。结果7只成功建立体外循环,并顺利脱离体外循环及呼吸机,其中6只存活超过24 h,1只于术后6 h死亡。1只因建立体外循环时,引起急性左心衰,于术中死亡。结论经初步摸索,家兔无预充血非经胸体外循环术后存活模型,操作简便、可行,成功率较高,但对体外循环转机要求较高。本模型消除了血液预充对实验结果的影响,可用于体外循环激活全身炎性反应的研究。
Objective To establish a postoperative survival model of rabbit without precontrast cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods Eight rabbits weighing 2.5-3.0 kg were used to establish the model. The right common carotid artery perfusion and the right internal jugular vein were used to establish CPB. To maintain body temperature, room temperature bypass 60min after cardiopulmonary bypass, intraoperative monitoring of arterial blood pressure, blood gas and so on. Results Seven of them successfully established cardiopulmonary bypass and successfully escaped cardiopulmonary bypass and ventilator. Six of them survived more than 24 h and one died 6 h after operation. 1 due to the establishment of cardiopulmonary bypass, causing acute left heart failure, died during surgery. Conclusion Preliminary exploration, rabbit without preconditioning non-transabdominal cardiopulmonary bypass survival model, simple, feasible, high success rate, but higher requirements for cardiopulmonary bypass. This model eliminates the influence of blood preconditioning on experimental results and can be used to study the systemic inflammatory response activated by cardiopulmonary bypass.
