本文报道一种高效腔内倍频 Nd:YVO4/ KTP激光器的输出特性以及优质 KTP晶体腔内有效倍频效率和损耗的研究结果。在泵浦功率为 19W时获得了 5 .85 W的连续绿光输出 ,相应的光 -光转换效率为 30 .8%。研究表明 ,优质 KTP晶体腔内有效倍频效率超过 70 % ,最高达到 74.1% ;而其损耗仅为0 .0 0 7cm- 1 。
This paper reports the output characteristics of a highly efficient intracavity frequency doubling Nd: YVO4 / KTP laser and the results of studies on efficient multiplier efficiency and loss in a high-quality KTP crystal cavity. A continuous green light output of 5.85 W was obtained at a pump power of 19 W, with a corresponding light-to-light conversion efficiency of 30.8%. The research shows that the effective multiplication efficiency of the high quality KTP crystal cavity is more than 70%, up to 74.1%, while the loss is only 0.07 cm -1.
