连接上下游企业的供应链链路在物流配送中发挥着重要作用,链路是由包括运输车辆、仓库在内的支撑资源构成的,供应链的链路问题涉及到其支撑资源的组织调度问题,在供应链链路的组织过程中,要求合理有效的利用支撑资源。构建了基于着色Petri网的供应链分析模型,在引入使能约束条件基础上研究供应链系统中链路支撑资源及其相互关系;通过构建基于CPN Tools软件的供应链模型,对特定需求条件下的供应链系统中由于链路支撑资源死锁而引起的链路中断问题进行分析,针对具体情境提出了避免策略;指出了供应链链路死锁问题存在的条件及其对相关指标的影响,为进一步研究供应链链路问题提供了思路。
The supply chain links that connect the upstream and downstream enterprises play an important role in logistics and distribution. The links are composed of supporting resources including transportation vehicles and warehouses. The supply chain link problem involves the organization scheduling problem that supports resources In the process of organization of the supply chain link, the reasonable and effective use of support resources is required. This paper constructs a supply chain analysis model based on colored Petri nets and studies the link support resources and their relationship in the supply chain system based on the introduction of the enabling constraints. By constructing the supply chain model based on the CPN Tools software, In the supply chain system, the problem of link interruption caused by the deadlock of link support resources is analyzed, and the strategy of avoiding strategy is put forward according to the specific situation. The conditions of the deadlock of supply chain link and the impact on related indicators are pointed out, It provides the ideas for further researching the supply chain link problem.
