老子、庄子的“反”道是中国文化传统中“反向性”思维方法的体现与运用。“反”是“道”最基本的运动特性。它包含了生成、对反、回归的“三”反含义。生成是从无到有,是朴散为器,是文明的器化运作;对反是对立面相互依存和物极必反,是阴阳互动,虚实相生;回归是从有入无,是文明的归藏、归潜、归化,是与道俱化。道的“三”反也是万物的自性有他,是向他而化。在“三”反中,老子更注重方法上的“对反”策略,庄子更注重人性的“回归”主题。从回归主题看,“反”又具有生命死亡、人性回返、回环往复的三重含义。
