Analysis of the seed components of the offspring of rice introduced into maize DNA showed that there was a significant difference in amylose content between the mutant and the recipient, and the proportions of albumin, globulin and gluten were different. Amino acid components in the polar amino acid components vary greatly, especially the acidic and basic amino acid components were significantly different
