将15只切除5/6肾的wistar大鼠分三组(每组5只),分别在尾静脉输注生理盐水,鱼精蛋白(带阳电荷)和输注鱼精蛋白后再输注肝素(带阴电荷)。结果鱼精蛋白使肾小球上皮足突融合。胶体铁染色(colloidal iron staining,CIS)减弱,再输肝素后CIS恢复。另取正常和肾衰大鼠饲以含40%蛋白饲料一周,后改饲含5%蛋白饲料,两组均见CIS改善,尿白蛋白显著减少(P<0.01)。提示肾小球滤膜阴电荷改变是肾衰时蛋白尿形成机理之一,低蛋白饮食有助于改善肾小球电荷选择通透屏障,保护肾功能。
Fifteen wistar rats with 5/6 nephrectomy were divided into three groups (5 in each group). The rats were infused with normal saline, protamine (with positive charge) (With negative charge). Results Protamine fused glomerular epithelial processes. Colloidal iron staining (CIS) weakened, CIS was restored after heparin was given. Another normal and renal failure rats fed with 40% protein feed for a week, then fed with 5% protein feed, both groups were seen CIS improvement, urinary albumin was significantly reduced (P <0.01). Tip glomerular changes in the negative charge of the kidney is one of the mechanisms of proteinuria, low protein diet helps to improve glomerular charge selection barrier, to protect renal function.
