课堂教学是课改的主阵地,大家都把目光投向课内教学,很少有人会顾及课间活动这个不起眼的角落。课间活动虽然没有课程性质,却具有自己独特作用。它是对孩子心理和生理的一种宝贵弥补,是防止和缓解身体、大脑疲劳的有效方法,但也应避免较长时间的剧烈活动,更不能贪玩超出课间时间,出现大汗淋漓、气喘吁吁来上课或者耽误上课的情况,这样就本末倒置了。那么如何引导学生开展有益的课间活动呢?作为体育工作者,我尝试用活动来达到目的的做法。
Classroom teaching is the main front for curriculum reform. Everyone turns their attention to class teaching. Few people take into account the humble corner of class activity. Although there is no class activity in the classroom, it has its own unique function. It is a precious remedy to the child’s psychology and physiology. It is an effective way to prevent and alleviate the fatigue of the body and the brain. However, it should also avoid violent activities for a long time, but also can not play for fun beyond the time in class, Gasping for class or delayed class, so that the cart before the horse upside down. So how to guide students to carry out beneficial class activities? As a sportsman, I try to use activities to achieve the goal of practice.
