目的探讨实验动物屏障环境及设施维持性消毒的新方法。方法用浓度为0.21 mg/m3的臭氧和1%的84消毒液或0.1%的新洁尔灭对实验动物屏障环境及设施进行维持性消毒;用血琼脂培养基进行落下菌培养,一周后观察血平皿内落下菌的个数。结果经维持性消毒后,屏障环境空气落下菌检测平均为2.1个/血平皿,符合国标关于环境技术指标中沉降菌最大平均浓度的要求。结论该种消毒方法有利于屏障环境微生物的控制,效果明显、操作简便、安全、利于推广。
