采用核酸酶保护分析 (RPA)方法对番茄乙烯过表达单基因突变体Epi和野生型VFN8中LeETR1mRNA的表达特征进行了研究。结果表明 ,在正常番茄中LeETR1mRNA不受内源乙烯含量的影响 ,呈组成性表达。LeETR1mRNA在Epi部分组织中的表达强度发生了改变 ,并与Epi的形态特征变化相吻合 ,提示LeETR1在叶片的形态建成、果实成熟和顶钩发育中可能起着重要的作用
The expression characteristics of LeETR1mRNA in ethylene-overexpressing single-gene mutant Epi and wild-type VFN8were studied by using nuclease protection assay (RPA). The results showed that the expression of LeETR1 mRNA in normal tomato was not affected by endogenous ethylene content. The expression intensity of LeETR1mRNA in some tissues of Epi changed and coincided with the morphological changes of Epi, suggesting that LeETR1 may play an important role in the morphogenesis of leaves, fruit ripening and top hook development
