随着现代信息技术日新月异的发展,企业面临的动态性不断增强,竞争日益激烈,因此纷纷采取新的管理技术和手段,以获取持续竞争优势。项目群管理与知识管理(KM)成为企业取得竞争优势的有效途径。通过对项目管理、知识管理以及成熟度研究的描述,探索了包含知识管理三元模型、发展模型、分析模型和控制模型在内的项目群知识管理成熟度模型,既可以从不同关键域(人员、技术、过程等)维度对知识管理水平进行宏观测量,也可以从个体、团队、组织视角分别测量,并可根据测量结果与指标权重的对比,从定性与定量两个方面对项目型企业知识管理成熟度(KMM)水平的提升提供改进意见。
