1912至1949年,民国政府进行了多次国会选举。在此过程中,虽然因应于限制性选举向普选制的过渡,选举权逐渐由差异趋向平等,但国人的民主选举观念并未受到培养,选举权常被军阀和政党玩弄于股掌之中。总体而言,中国近代选举权的变迁也是中国民主政治由共和走向党治时代的一个面相。 From 1912 to 1949, the Republic of China government held several parliamentary elections. During this process, although the voting rights tend to be gradually changed from discrepancies in response to the transition from the restrictive election to the universal suffrage, the concept of democratic election of the Chinese people has not been cultivated. The right to vote is often manipulated by warlords and political parties. Overall, the change of voting right in modern China is also a face of China’s democratic politics from the republic to the era of the party rule.
