随着人本教育理念的深入人心,教师与学生之间的关系日益影响着教育事业的发展。新闻媒体不时有关于教师与学生之间因管理问题而出现矛盾的报道,教师因管理方式方法的问题而不时遭到舆论曝光或责难。这种现象在一定程度上影响着教师队伍的整体发展,教师与学生之间究竟怎样相处才比较好呢?教师在教育学生过程中到底该怎样运用奖惩机制呢?多表扬、少批评、多激励、少惩罚、严禁体罚或变相体罚学生等教育管理手段的尺度到底该怎样把握呢?带着这些问题并结合以往在历史课程教育教学工作中的一些体会,来探讨以下教师与学生的关系,以和谐师生情谊,提升教学效果,促进教育事业的发展!
With the deepening popularity of humanistic education, the relationship between teachers and students increasingly affects the development of education. From time to time, the news media have reported contradictions between teachers and students due to management problems. Teachers are occasionally exposed or censured by public opinion because of the way of management. To some extent, this phenomenon affects the overall development of the teaching staff. How can the teacher and the student get along well with each other? How can the teacher use the reward and punishment mechanism in the process of educating the students? More praise, less criticism and more encouragement , Less punishment, no corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment of students and other educational management tools in the end how to grasp it? With these questions and in the past in the history of teaching and learning some experience to explore the following teacher-student relationship to Harmony between teachers and students to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote the development of education!
