通过正确划分精馏过程的状态变量及决策变量,从精馏塔的过程方程入手,建立了多组分精馏塔灵敏度分析的数学模型及计算方法。通过该方法可方便地求出精馏塔各状态变量对决策变量的灵敏度及灵敏度系数,定量地确定设计裕量,从而为精馏塔控制方案的设计及实际生产操作提供依据。
By correctly dividing the state variables and decision variables of the distillation process, the mathematical model and calculation method of the sensitivity analysis of the multi-component distillation column are established from the process equation of the distillation column. Through this method, the sensitivity and sensitivity coefficient of each state variable of the rectification tower to the decision variables can be easily calculated, and the design margin can be quantitatively determined so as to provide the basis for the design and actual production operation of the rectification tower control scheme.
