目的通过了解辽宁省某热电公司锅炉烟气脱硫工程产生的职业病危害因素及其浓(强)度,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目正常运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有氧化钙、石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、一氧化氮、二氧化氮和噪声等。化学毒物检测合格率为100%,石灰石粉尘和石膏粉尘检测合格率为100%。噪声8 h等效声级为73.2 d B(A),低于85 d B(A)。综合楼三层的噪声强度为86.2 d B(A),其余场所均低于85 d B(A)。结论该项目在职业病危害防护措施、个人使用的职业病防护用品和职业卫生管理措施等方面基本符合职业卫生的要求,在职业卫生档案管理和职业病危害警示标识的设置方面有待进一步完善。
Objective To understand the control effects of occupational hazards on construction projects by understanding the occupational hazards and their concentration (strong) produced by the boiler flue gas desulfurization project of a thermoelectric company in Liaoning Province. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational hazards and occupational health tests and other methods for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the normal operation of the project are calcium oxide, limestone dust, gypsum dust, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide and noise. Chemical poisoning pass rate of 100%, limestone and gypsum dust test pass rate of 100%. The 8 h equivalent noise level was 73.2 d B (A) and below 85 d B (A). The noise intensity of the third floor of the composite building is 86.2 d B (A), while the rest of the buildings are less than 85 d B (A). Conclusion The project basically meets the requirements of occupational hygiene in protective measures against occupational hazards, personal protective equipment for occupational diseases and occupational health management measures, and needs to be further improved in the setting of occupational health file management and occupational disease hazard warning labels.
