We all know that shopping is more than just shopping. There are also emotional and social factors. These are the reasons why we choose certain shopping places instead of other shopping places. As retailers hurried to the online world, we focused on building low-cost online stores, so we left behind a lot of the human touch that delights us. But in the wake of the wave of changes in the digital business model of late, e-commerce has started to change ways, not only to meet people’s functional needs, but also to take into account people’s complex emotional and social demands while shopping
