关于新形势下企业职工人事档案编号排序的思考

随着社会人才流动日益频繁,各企业人事档案管理难度不断提升。如何规范人事档案编号排序以便于人事档案管理并达到高效检索的要求,成为各企业人事档案管理的需要迫切研究的课题。本文从对比传统的人事档案编码的优缺点出发,提出以四角编码辅以拼音的混合编码法,实现高效检索。 With the increasingly frequent flow of social talent, the difficulty of personnel archives management in all enterprises continues to improve. How to standardize the sequencing of personnel files in order to facilitate the management of personnel files and meet the requirements of efficient retrieval has become an urgent need to study the personnel files in various enterprises. Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional personnel file coding, this paper proposes a hybrid coding method based on four-corner coding combined with Pinyin to achieve efficient retrieval.
