应用5kW-CO_2激光器在A_3钢板上进行Fe基合金熔敷处理。试验表明,激光熔敷层钮织微细,成分均匀;相组成为α′-Fe+γ-Fe+M_7O_3+M_(23)C_6+Fe_2B;产生多种强化效应,其组织和性能比热喷涂层有明显提高,在低成本钢材上可望获得与18-8不锈钢相当的高抗磨耐腐蚀表面。 The 5kW-CO_2 laser was used to deposit Fe-based alloy on A_3 steel plate. The results show that the microstructure of the laser cladding layer is fine and its composition is uniform. The phase composition is α’-Fe + γ-Fe + M_7O_3 + M_ (23) C_6 + Fe_2B. Significantly improved, high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surfaces comparable to 18-8 stainless steel are expected to be available on low-cost steels.
