分布式电源发电方式有助于节能减排、调整能源结构,因此受到国家的重视。分布式电源接入配电网包括微网接入和单点接入.建立全面的指标体系对各接入方案进行综合评价。首先采用Vague集理论对指标体系进行筛选并确定权重,然后结合Vague集理论和集对理论,提出Vague集对模型对各指标进行评价。实例表明,本文提出的模型是一种有效的评价方法,既能得出客观结论,又能提高评价效率。最终结果对选取方案具有一定的指导作用。
Distributed generation power generation helps to save energy and reduce emissions, adjust the energy structure, so by the state attention. Distributed power access distribution network including access to the micro-grid and single-point access to establish a comprehensive index system for each access program for a comprehensive evaluation. Firstly, the index system is screened and the weight is determined by using Vague Set Theory. Then the Vague Set-Pair Model is proposed to evaluate each index in combination with Vague Set Theory and Set Pair Theory. The example shows that the model proposed in this paper is an effective evaluation method, which can not only draw an objective conclusion, but also improve the evaluation efficiency. The final result has some guidance on the selection scheme.
