为了探讨不同精粗比日粮对育成期杜寒杂交羊生产性能、血清生化指标的影响,试验将体重30~45 kg的杜寒杂交羊40只随机分成4组,每组10只(公母各半,分开饲养),分别饲喂精粗比为35∶65(1组)、45∶55(2组)、55∶45(3组)、65∶35(4组)的日粮,试验期为60 d。结果表明:1)随着日粮精料比例的增加,羊只日增重呈现显著增加趋势,3组母羊平均日增重最高,显著高于1组(P<0.05)。随着日粮精料比例的增加,公羊料重比逐渐降低(P<0.05);而母羊料重比呈现先降低后增加的现象,3组显著低于1,2,4组(P<0.05)。2)日粮精粗比对公羊和母羊血清总蛋白、三酰甘油、血糖含量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。3,4组公羊血清白蛋白含量显著高于1,2组(P<0.05);1组公羊血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于2,3,4组(P<0.05);1组公羊血清谷草转氨酶活性显著高于2,3,4组(P<0.05);随着日粮精料比例的增加,公羊血清尿素氮含量逐渐升高。1组母羊血清白蛋白含量显著低于2,3,4组(P<0.05);1组母羊血清谷丙转氨酶活性最高,显著高于3组(P<0.05);1组母羊血清谷草转氨酶活性显著高于2,3,4组(P<0.05);随着日粮精料比例的增加,母羊血清尿素氮含量呈现先升后降的趋势,2,4组显著高于1组(P<0.05)。3)随着日粮精料比例的增加,公羊平均日盈利及平均日净利润逐渐增加,4组最高,1组亏损;3组母羊平均日净利润最高,1,4组亏损。2,3,4组公母羊平均日盈利均比1组高;3组平均日净利润最高,其次为4组,1组亏损。说明公母羊平均来说,育成期杜寒杂交绵羊适宜日粮精粗比为55∶45;若分群饲养,则公羊精粗比为65∶35、母羊为55∶45最为适宜。

The average daily earnings of 2, 3, 4 groups of males and females were higher than those of group 1; the average net profit of group 3 was the highest, followed by 4 groups and group 1 was loss. On the average, male and female ewes cultivate Duyun hybrid sheep suitable dietary crude to crude ratio of 55:45; if fed in groups, the ram refined ratio of 65:35, ewes 55:45 most suitable.
