Overview While continuously deepening the reform of the enterprise cadre system and strengthening the “four modernizations” of the enterprise cadre team, the company has taken note of changes and innovations in the methods and means of cadre management work. In 1985, the labor and personnel management was included in the One of the eight projects managed.
