利用7075-T651铝合金材料为试验对象,采用四因素四水平的回归正交方法,分析研究加工铝合金材料时的铣削速度、铣削深度、铣削宽度和每齿进给量对铣削力的影响规律;并通过MATLAB编程回归分析得到铣削力的经验公式。研究结果表明,建立的7075铝合金铣削力模型真实可靠,对铣削过程中影响最大的是铣削深度,其次是铣削宽度,进给量的影响较小;铣削力随着速度的增大而降低。模型可为航空铝合金铣削加工的变形提供可靠的边界条件。
