采用有限元法计算了HSK薄壁液压刀夹头承受均匀油压时的弹性变形量 ,预测了产生临界夹紧力的油压值和消除最大间隙量时产生的最小夹紧扭矩 ,预测结果与进口HSK薄壁液压刀夹头的设计值基本一致
The elastic deformation of HSK thin-walled hydraulic tool chuck subjected to uniform hydraulic pressure was calculated by using the finite element method. The predicted hydraulic pressure value of the critical clamping force and the minimum clamping torque generated when the maximum clearance was eliminated were predicted. Imported HSK thin-walled hydraulic chuck is basically the same design value
