对轻钢结构畜禽舍构件进行了变间隙激光焊接试验,对比分析了1.0 mm+2.0 mm+1.0 mm和1.2 mm+2.0 mm+1.2 mm组合厚度的3层钢板连接件的焊缝截面形貌和表面形貌,对上间隙宽度对连接件抗拉剪强度进行了测试,并探讨了间隙宽度的影响机理。结果表明,当上间隙为0 mm、下间隙为0.4 mm时,焊缝的焊接质量要比上间隙为0.4 mm、下间隙为0 mm时的焊缝质量要高,而且焊缝也更为平整。当上间隙在0~0.3 mm之间变化时,上间隙对剪切拉伸载荷的影响较小,连接件断裂在母材处。当上间隙为0.4 mm时,剪切拉伸载荷急剧下降至4.6 k N,连接件断裂在焊缝处。
The gap-gap laser welding experiment was carried out on the components of livestock house with light steel structure. The cross-sectional morphology of the weld of the three-layer steel plate connector with 1.0 mm + 2.0 mm + 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm + 2.0 mm + 1.2 mm thickness was analyzed. And the surface topography, the tensile strength of the connector against the upper gap width was tested, and the influence mechanism of the gap width was discussed. The results show that when the upper clearance is 0 mm and the lower clearance is 0.4 mm, the weld quality of the weld is higher than the upper clearance of 0.4 mm and the lower clearance of 0 mm, and the weld is more even . When the upper clearance varies from 0 mm to 0.3 mm, the upper clearance has less influence on the tensile load and the connector breaks at the base material. When the upper clearance is 0.4 mm, the shear tensile load drops sharply to 4.6 kN and the connector breaks at the weld.
