在高职院校课堂教学质量的评价过程中,影响教师最终评价结果的因素有很多,本文主要从学生因素及教师因素两个方面进行了分析,并在此基础上对如何建好及完善高职院校课堂教学质量评价体系提出了相应的对策建议。
There are many factors that affect the final evaluation result of teachers in the evaluation process of classroom teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. This article mainly analyzes from two aspects of student factor and teacher factor, and on this basis, how to build and perfect high Vocational college classroom teaching quality evaluation system put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
