随着我国医疗卫生体制改革进一步深化,积极推进公立医院的改革,突出公立医院的公益性质。作为一家在宜昌市有影响力的三级医院,宜昌市第一人民医院已于2009年顺利通过湖北省三级医院评审,正积极准备新一轮“三甲”复审和创建省级护理示范医院等工作。为加强管理,提高医疗服务质量和水平,减少医患纠纷,提高市场竞争力,该院对医院患者及医护人员进行问卷调查,从社会因素、医方因素和患方因素三个方面进行分析,采用SPSS软件处理数据,计数资料统计分析方法为卡方检验,对当前医患关系的主要影响因素进行分析,检验医院近几年在服务上和管理上改善医患关系的效果,为今后寻找解决方案提供依据。
With the further deepening of China’s medical and health system reform, and actively promote the reform of public hospitals, public hospitals highlight the public welfare nature. As an influential tertiary hospital in Yichang, Yichang First People’s Hospital passed the review of Hubei Provincial Third Hospital in 2009 and is preparing for a new round of review and the establishment of a provincial-level nursing demonstration Hospital and other work. In order to strengthen the management, improve the quality and level of medical services, reduce the disputes between doctors and patients, and enhance the market competitiveness, the hospital conducted a questionnaire survey on patients and medical staffs from three aspects: social factor, medical factor and patient factor. SPSS software was used to process the data and statistical analysis of counting data was conducted by chi-square test. The main influencing factors of the doctor-patient relationship were analyzed to test the hospital’s service and management to improve the doctor-patient relationship in recent years, and to find solutions for the future Program to provide the basis.
