本文在介绍项目管理服务(PM)概念的基础上,以我国城市轨道交通工程供变电系统项目管理服务的实践为例,重点分析了PM方式下项目管理的工作内容,以及在项目管理服务合同中业主及项目管理单位的责任与权力,并认为在我国城市轨道交通事业已进入了全面发展时期的情况下,推行国际通行的项目管理服务(PM),可以提高工程建设管理水平,保证工程质量和投资效益,有效降低工程造价,而且还将为我国城市轨道交通的工程建设管理进一步走向PMC项目管理承包及EPC工程总承包奠定基础。
