纳米材料(nanomaterials,NMs)因具有小尺寸效应、表面效应和量子限域效应等而拥有特殊的理化性能,被广泛应用于生化分析研究领域。近年来,有研究者将纳米材料应用于蚕丝性能改良,以及对家蚕抗性(对病毒、细菌的侵染及农药污染的抵抗能力)和产丝、繁殖性能等的改良,同时也将蚕丝蛋白应用于NMs的合成与功能化改性中,或将家蚕作为NMs生物毒性评估中的模式生物。本文简要综述国内外研究者在纳米材料与蚕丝及家蚕之间的跨领域融合应用取得的重要进展。
Nanomaterials (NMs) have special physical and chemical properties because of their small size effect, surface effect and quantum confinement effect, and are widely used in the field of biochemical analysis. In recent years, some researchers have applied nanomaterials to the improvement of silk properties, as well as to the improvement of silkworm resistance (resistance to viruses, bacteria and pesticide contamination) and silk production and reproduction. At the same time, It is used in the synthesis and functional modification of NMs or as a model organism in the assessment of the biological toxicity of NMs. This article briefly reviews the important progress made by researchers at home and abroad in the cross-domain integration of nanomaterials with silk and silkworm.
