冬小麦品种抗寒性鉴定几项理化指标的探讨

目前国内外提出了很多鉴定小麦抗寒性的理化指标,然而对于它们的准确可靠性众说不一。本文在多年试验比较的基础上确定,小麦分蘖节的埋土深度(根状茎长度)、在低温下的呼吸强度、细胞液浓度、水分状况与品种的抗寒性相关极为显著,可作为田间自然条件下评价小麦品种抗寒性的补充和参考指标。 At present, a lot of physical and chemical indexes to identify the cold resistance of wheat are put forward at home and abroad, however, they are different from each other in their accuracy and reliability. Based on the results of years of experiments, the results showed that the depth of burial (rhizome length), the respiration intensity at low temperature, the concentration of cytosol, the water status and the cold tolerance of wheat varieties were extremely significant and could be used as field Supplement and Reference Index for Evaluation of Cold Resistance of Wheat Cultivars under Natural Conditions.
