应用正交试验设计设计9组高性能混凝土。正交试验为三因素三水平,选取L9(34)正交表。三因素三水平分别为搅拌(人工搅拌,机械搅拌,超时机械搅拌)、振捣(人工振捣,机械振捣,免振捣)及养护(自然养护,标准养护,绝湿养护)。针对该9组混凝土氯离子渗透试验,对试验结果进行正交试验的级差分析及方差分析。分析表明,对高性能混凝土渗透性影响最显著的施工因素是搅拌;最佳施工方式为:超时搅拌,机械振捣,绝湿养护。
Design orthogonal design of 9 groups of high performance concrete. Orthogonal test for the three factors and three levels, select L9 (34) orthogonal table. Three factors and three levels were mixing (artificial stirring, mechanical stirring, overtime mechanical stirring), vibrating (artificial vibration, mechanical vibration, vibration-free) and conservation (natural conservation, standard conservation, moisture conservation). For the nine groups of concrete chloride ion penetration test, the results of orthogonal test analysis of variance and analysis of variance. The analysis shows that the most significant construction factor affecting the permeability of high performance concrete is mixing. The best construction methods are: overtime mixing, mechanical vibrating and moisture curing.
