本文采用放免分析方法,探讨了多巴胺（DA）对离体的哺乳动物卵巢组织雌二醇分泌活动的影响,结果表明,多巴胺（DA）可直接作用于抑制雌二醇的分泌释放,其详细机制有待于进一步研究。
