本研究以计算机控制、程序升温的毛细管柱气相色谱(GC)仪分析了9种40株常见假单胞菌的细胞脂肪酸并与一些肠杆菌和其它非发酵菌比较。结果表明:月桂烯酸、月桂酸、十三碳烯酸、十三碳酸、肉豆蔻脑酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五碳烯酸、十五碳酸、十七碳烯酸、十六碳酸、硬脂酸和花生四烯酸是对假单胞菌有鉴别意义的脂肪酸,其组成与含量既有属特异性,也有种的特征。文中将GC法与常规细菌学方法进行了比较。
In this study, the cell fatty acids of nine strains of Pseudomonas were analyzed by a computer-controlled, temperature-programmed capillary gas chromatography (GC) and compared with some Enterobacteriaceae and other non-fermentative bacteria. The results showed that lauroleic acid, lauric acid, tridecenoic acid, tridecanoic acid, myristoleic acid, myristic acid, pentadecenoic acid, pentadecaeic acid, heptadecenoic acid, Fatty acids and arachidonic acid are Pseudomonas discriminating fatty acids whose composition and content are both genus specific and species specific. The GC method and conventional bacteriological methods were compared.
