Reading Comrade Li Wenming’s article “Say a few words for teachers who are engaged in the second profession” has a somewhat different idea. First of all, from the perspective of the teacher’s energy and time, every teacher, together with sleep and rest, has only 24 hours, limited energy, and spends a lot of time on doing business or doing other occupations, which is bound to affect the quality of teaching. According to our understanding of teachers engaged in the second career, many teachers are not fully prepared for classes, they are too late for assignments, they are mentally exhausted during lectures, and their teaching levels are not as good as before. Secondly, from the management point of view, teachers have a great deal of work flexibility and a high degree of freedom. Second-professional teachers compress the “normal workload” and increase the “second job”.
