基于黄连素在过氧化氢存在下产生的极谱催化波,拟定了测定黄连素的新方法。在8.0×10-2mol/LNa2B4O7-Na2CO3(pH9.4±0.4)-4.0×10-3mol/LH2O2底液中,催化波峰电流与黄连素浓度在 1.0 × 10-8~ 3.0 × 10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系。催化波的灵敏度比相应黄连素还原波高25倍。
Based on the polarographic catalytic wave of berberine produced in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, a new method for the determination of berberine was developed. In 8.0 × 10-2mol / LNa2B4O7-Na2CO3 (pH9.4 ± 0.4) -4.0 × 10-3mol / LH2O2, the peak current and the concentration of berberine in 1.0 × 10-8 ~ 3.0 × 10-7mol / L within a linear range. The catalytic wave sensitivity than the corresponding berberine reduction wave 25 times higher.
