为了在摊铺机摊铺施工时能对沥青混凝土路面的离析进行快速准确评价,结合摊铺机作业参数,利用数字图像处理技术对摊铺路面图像进行预处理和分析,在静距理论基础上提出静距离散理论。采用该算法对未经压实路面中的混合料颗粒进行分析计算,并开发出沥青混合料摊铺均匀性分析系统,得到对沥青混凝土路面摊铺离析情况的判断方法。结果表明:通过静距离散理论算法和沥青摊铺均匀性分析系统,能够有效地判断沥青混凝土路面混合料摊铺时的离析情况,实现对未经压实路面混合料质量的预测。
In order to evaluate the segregation of asphalt concrete pavement quickly and accurately in paving paver construction, the pavement pavement image is preprocessed and analyzed by using digital image processing technology in combination with paver operating parameters. The results show that the static dispersion theory and asphalt paving uniformity analysis system can effectively judge the segregation conditions of asphalt pavement mixture when paving, and realize the prediction of the mass of uncompacted pavement mixture.
