煤层埋深浅,开采引起的地表剧烈变形严重威胁带式输送机的正常运行。针对地表变形数值大、时间短的特点,开创性地利用移动浮桥技术,治理带式输送机沉陷变形问题。移动浮桥构造简单,升高、移动灵活方便,通过工程应用,可实现地下工作面无限制条件安全回采。
The shallow depth of coal seam and severe ground deformation caused by mining threaten the normal operation of belt conveyors. In view of the characteristics of large surface deformation and short time, this paper pioneered the use of mobile pontoon technology to control the deformation of belt conveyors. Mobile pontoon is simple in structure, high in height and flexible in movement. Through engineering application, it can realize the safe mining with unlimited conditions on underground working face.
