目的观察一种免冲洗手消毒乳液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法,对该手消毒乳液进行了试验观察。结果该手消毒乳液原液是由含5.66 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定与体积分数40%乙醇等组成的复方手消毒液。以其原液作用1.0 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值>5.00;对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值>5.00;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.00。用该手消毒乳液原液对受试者手擦拭消毒1 min,对手部自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00;用该手消毒乳液原液对受试者皮肤擦拭消毒5 min,对皮肤自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该复方手消毒乳液杀菌效果良好,性能稳定。
