急性酒精中毒是高校急诊科常见的一类病例。在各类聚会中因一次饮入过量酒精或酒类饮料,出现中枢神经系统和消化系统及其他系统的各类症状,其中急性胃损伤的发生最为多见,来诊时表现恶心、呕吐甚至呕血,在酒醒后的2～3d仍感腹部不适、恶心、纳差。2009年7月至2010年6月,我院急诊科共收治98例急性酒精中毒的学生病例,给予2种不同的保护胃黏膜药物治疗,现将防治结果总结如下。
