Salon, Westmoreland - these two names, people may not be strange. Sharon is Israel’s former defense minister. Westmoreland is the commander-in-chief of the Former Vietnamese invasion. From April 1984 onwards, they all started a new “war” of the same nature in the same court in New York. The enemy they face this time is not a guerrilla warrior, but two powerful groups in the U.S. media. Sharon accused Time magazine of defaming him and claiming compensation of fifty million U.S. dollars. Westmoreland sued CBS for slandering him and demanded compensation in the amount of 120 million U.S. dollars. They all said they are determined to win a lawsuit in order to restore their reputation.
