为测试热压型煤网带链接处连接轴与轴孔在高温负载范围能否失效,研制了简单的阻隔高温传热装置。把该装置安装在Instrson-5500R电子万能材料试验机上;高温拉伸试验证明了该装置起到了隔热作用,完成了链条测试试验。
In order to test whether the connecting shaft and the shaft hole of the hot-pressing type coal network belt link can fail in the high-temperature load range, a simple barrier high-temperature heat transfer device was developed. The installation of the device on the Instrson-5500R electronic universal testing machine; high temperature tensile test proved that the device has played a heat insulation, completed the chain test.
