脾窦岸细胞血管瘤(LCA)是发生于脾脏窦岸细胞的一种良性肿瘤。因本病少见,文献中多为个案报道,临床及病理医师对其认识不足,且影像学检查也缺乏特异性改变。因此,术前极易被误诊为脾脏其他病变。脾脏切除是目前治疗LCA的主要手段。近年来,有关LCA的病例报道逐渐增多,为提高对本病的认识,现对LCA临床、影像学及病理组织学诊断与鉴别诊断方面的相关研究予以综述。 Splenoid sinus hemangioma (LCA) is a benign tumor that occurs in the splenic sinusoidal cells. Because of the rare disease, the literature mostly case reports, clinical and pathological physicians lack of knowledge about it, and imaging studies also lack of specific changes. Therefore, preoperative easily misdiagnosed as spleen and other lesions. Splenectomy is currently the main method of treatment of LCA. In recent years, cases of LCA have gradually been reported. In order to improve the understanding of this disease, the related researches on the diagnosis, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of LCA are summarized.
