液压支架在与监控系统通讯中使用的大量固定帧格式数据,不能被组态软件直接识别,处理起来有一定困难。提出一种新的方法,通过粗糙集和VC编程的方法,使得传输的每帧数据能够被解析并与开发的监控系统画面建立动态链接,实现液压支架主控制器与监控系统的串口通讯。通过实验验证,方法稳定可行。
A large number of fixed frame format data used by the hydraulic support in communication with the monitoring system can not be directly recognized by the configuration software and have some difficulties in processing. A new method is proposed. Through the method of rough set and VC programming, each frame of data transmitted can be analyzed and dynamically linked with the developed monitoring system picture to realize the serial port communication between the main controller of hydraulic support and the monitoring system. Through experimental verification, the method is stable and feasible.
